Cadillac Body parts Question

Maybe someone here has a direction to send me in. I have about gone wacko trying to find part numbers on the internet already.

I have a 1990 Fleetwood FWD 4 door, Need pass rear door and drivers rear quarter. They have a 1991 deville at the local boneyard that looks exactly the same but the part numbers come back dif?? I cannot see a difference at all?????
I can get the 91 parts cheap enough and the color /Trim everything is the same so would even match.......

BTW, Ex wrecked the car, Not me LOL!!!

I still don't know, It shows late 89 and 90 on it's own in the parts book and 91-93 dif part numbers but they do look the same. Maybe a extra tank of gas and just cut the thing up and make fit! LMAO!!

For the curious.
Doors are the same, Door latch is different. Nothing a little chop cannot fix!!

Didn't notice it until the door would not latch closed. 90 has a single piler for the latch to catch on, 91 has a double 2 stage piller for the latch. The latch mech inside the door has a dif bolt pattern and shape so will need to change the latch piller is all.

Kinda fun playing with this project, Gets me away from the 20+ vid mods a week for a change.
