Searching for Satellite Signal

Keep getting the following message every 30-45 min. "Attention" searching for satellite signal then it shows the satellite, transponder and goes to step 1 of 5, 2 of 5 etc. takes about 3 minutes. After it goes right back to the show I was watching. Using dish 500 w/ dual LNB and 2 SW21 switches. Checked all RG6 coaxial and have good connection at each sattelite (strength). Only using about 8' per coaxial. using DP501 receiver w/ current software.. HELP
