Question Screwy guide?

Is anyone else not showing station listings in the channel guide? If so, is it us or is it Dave?

TIA
Candice

I could be wrong but I would say that is the receiver and not the script doing that ...

Some of my Pay-per-View channels aren't showing up in the guide but the channels come in no problem. I did do a hard reboot but it didn't help.

The channels are still coming in, but just not showing up on the guide. I did a check in another forum and saw similar posts. No word yet as to why.

OK Here

That's weird- checked my two receivers, plus my mother in law's, all Mili stuff on 'em- and all the PPV's are listed. I've had that happen before, back before the separate hex file/bin deal- but never since. Sounds like Dave, but... can't say for sure. Chief

paranoia

The sky is falling!
C'mon guys.... Can't Dave preform regular maintenance without everybody freaking out.... It's not the script (still rockin and rollin) and it's not the IRD....
It's just the normal noises in here!

001438

I loaded a card for my garage and I was flipping through the channels and I didn't have them , it wanted me to put in a password and up my rateings but the one in the house, I did have them , same script , Hmmmmmmmmm..

So , I what I did different in the house was I did it the old way when patching , Store Cam ZKT Store Group Keys, Patch Cam ZKT, Patch Gouop Keys...
The one in the garage I did store all and patch all and them channels were gone , so I redid it the old way and the channles were back ?????????
Go figure !!

Sorry, Mark, but we kinda got used to other subjects. Whan a real live actual DSS issue came along, we got excited. We're gonna talk, you know that, hence the big deal over a little deal. As to the nasty question from 001438, I noticed the same thing, right after the old lady went over to her Mom's for a few hours. Anyway, all's well- if that's the worst we get from DTV, we're all in tall cotton.... Chief

Right.... I get e-mail from a guy who's complaining about the time on the guide being off a few hours....
He gets every fucking channel there is.... The guide works.... It shows everything that's on.... He isn't paying for a damn thing but elctricity and a loader (free bins and scripts).... And wants to bitch that the time is off....
Can't anybody read a fucking clock anymore?
My granddaughter is sitting on my lap and asks me "Grandpa, what time is it"? I hold up my wristwatch (analog of course) and say, "You tell me".... Couldn't do it! Looked at the fucking microwave and knew.... What a shame.... Makes me want to beat my kids all over again....

I hear ya

I get the same feeling, Mark, whenever I go to Braum's and get an ice cream or a cup of coffee. Those kids don't know whether to scratch their ass or wind their wristwatch. If this "new math" they've taught 'em is the way to go, then count me out. The kids absolutely cannot make change unless they look at the readout on the cash register. If you want to mess with 'em, hand 'em 5.31 if your bill is 1.31- they'll whiz down their leg. Looks like your buddy with the wrong guide times would know how to go over to the right side of the screen in Extreme and set the time zone. Duh. Oh-got my boy up in Little Rock testin' cards as of 30 minutes ago. He already knows how to set the time. HEEHAW I'll write about it in the car/beer area- Chief

Don't complain

Hey, double zero, at least you've got a girlfriend to enjoy those 5 channels with. I'm still trying to get over being a "Male Member"- danged old SC guru, anyway....oh, well, it could have been worse, I should be thankful. Chief

I'll show you where the shoe fits!

Better watch out! Yeah, I know who did this, but I never see ol' Mili on here very much since these hot rodders showed up. I'd write him a post or two, but I'm still busy trying to read that 30-minute post of his about the World Economic Forum. Ain't finished it yet. Interesting, though...I'll get him back, too- might have to mash his balls. TENNIS balls, ya'll. TENNIS balls! Dirty minded old men, anyway. Chief
