Talking Idiot of the week

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) — It's not often someone asks police to arrest them, but that's what happened last week in Williamsport.

Police say 27-year-old Patrick McCarty did just that before 1 a.m. on July 6.

McCarty allegedly told police he wanted to be arrested "for being stupid."

When police told him that wasn't a crime, he took police to his apartment and handed over marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

McCarty is being held now in lieu of $10,000 bail on drug charges.

Well, at least the idiot is off the streets. They should have just revoked is drivers license for life. He's obviously too stupid to be dangerous unless he's behind the wheel.

That is outrageous.
Whats even stupider is that its 10 grand for bail for marijuana, when my sister was killed by a drunk and he was released on the same 10,000 bond and recieved probation and lost his licsence for a year.

All i can say is that since he wanted to go to jail so bad it is fortunate he was smart enough to only give up the pot and not go kill someone.

A drunk murdered your sister and got a year's probation? Some 19 year old kid in Iowa, with no prior record, whipped a guy's ass for chasing his girlfriend and received 25 years with no possibility of parole (true story)....our justice system at its finest...

That could have happened in our county, where the DA is only interested in a good win/loss record. A shame, especially when it hits so close to home.

Sorry, Smoke...I know that's got to be painful....

When I read the subject of the post, I thought he would be talking about me. Sometime messing with these cards affect me and I know I am the most stupid person doing this testing stuff. So I just thought Chief knew me.
