No you cannot use a T911 for Dishnet cards you need an ISO 7816 with a 3.686 Crystal.

Yes you can use a t911 with dish cards
go to the file section on this site and get RPnagraedit that will work with a MODDED t911 so you have to mod it first plus the t911 is one of the best loaders to use to unloop dish cards |
