Smile Chewy choco chip cookies

CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


2 ¼ cups flour 1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking soda 1 sm. Pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup Butter, softened 2 eggs
¼ cup white sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Chocolate chips
¾ cup packed Brown sugar

Cream butter, the sugars, vanilla and Pudding mix; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour and soda; stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2 - inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375* F for 8 to 10 minutes.
For Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies , use Chocolate Instant Pudding


CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

2/3 cup shortening 2 tsp. Vanilla
2/3 cup Butter 3 ½ cups flour
1 cup Brown sugar 1 tsp. Salt
1 cup sugar 1 tsp. Baking soda
2 eggs 12 - oz. Pkg. Chocolate chips

Cream shortening, butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add slowly to shortening mixture. Add Chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350* F. until light, light brown (about 8 minutes).
TIP: They won’t look quite done. The longer they cook, the crunchier they become

They are good, Only have one problem. Unless I hide some for myself they are all gone

Think the next batch I'll experiment with choco pudding, The reeses pieces and choco chips combo.

That batch is too small I ate them all right out of the oven.
Had to double it to get some for later.
Threw some Reses in with the chips, even better with both.
