I am not sure what the best way to do this is but what I do is set my powersupply to 9v the click read eeprom then I close my eyes and pray !!! ( remeber to save the bin in a safe place after you read it )

While I will admit prayer has been one of my best tools in this hobby, let's try doing something a little different....
In ExtremeHU, boot the card first using the B icon on the far right.... I would pick some number here (between 70 and 100) as a stop point.... This is the number of glitches I allow before stopping to use a different glitch setting (if necessary).... When the bootstrap is loaded, you can safely read the card (IC icon) and save the bin file (floppy disk icon).... Now shut down the card.... I have found this to be one of the safest ways to read and save a "bin".... Mark |
