Theres alot that don't like this but I think it is great. I take 6 boneless chicken breast and lay them flat in a cake pan and pour pineapple juice over them until there completely coverd and let them soak for 24hrs. Take the breast out of the juice and grill. I take 3 table spoons of the left over juice from the cake pan and put it in a bowl with 1/2 cup honey and a half cup barbecue sauce mix it all together and baste it on the chicken. flipping chicken every 10 minutes. Maybe you won't like it but I think its great. I have also done that with pork chops. Let me no if anyone tries it and what they think.
