Ya gotta try this

About five or six years ago, I was at a local grocery/healthfood store.... A bottle of olive oil caught my eye.... It was garlic flavored and I couldn't resist.... This stuff was soooooo good that I like to just dip bread in sometimes....
I haven't seen it in the store since, but I buy it from thier website all the time....
Go to www.consorzio.com ....
They have many flavors of oils along with salad dressings and marinades.... They have some great recipies there too.... I just made Greek Chicken and all I can say about it is wow....

Drsorders

OK, buddy, how about a dynamite Fettucine Alfredo recipe? I like Olive Garden's pretty well...Butthead posted a site with a bunch of faux recipes, and this one was included...but the reviews said it was just so-so.
I'm not Italian, but I should have been. There's a chain of restaurants near us called Macaroni Grill...sounds fast-foodish, but they're not. They bring out this maaaahhh-velous bread with extra-virgin oil to dip it in...hell, they can keep the main course for all I care. Lord, how I love the food...so come on, now...I need to gain a few more inches

Believe me, this is the good stuff

Chief, I like to eat there whenever I find one.... They're not in the Charleston area though
I kinda like the "open" atmosphere....

Smile Im Italian also

And I can say blue crabs in sauce is the most delicious dish you could have a bit messy but well worth it. This is a must try dish but like drsorders says we dont use measurments. But if you can make a mean sauce you need to add crabs excellent.

I'm in the Charleston area.... I try to stay away from Myrtle Beach.... It's a tourist trap filled with crack heads, thieves and all the rest of the bottom feeders.... Don't much care for lawn hockey either.... Never could get the hang of it.... Destroyed some clubs though
