Rebel's BBQ sauce

This is a little spicy; but oh so good!

1 quart of Red Wine Vinegar
1 quart of water
1 14 oz ketchup (1-1/2 cups)
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 Bottle Worchestershire (7 oz)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Tablespoons each: salt, black pepper, red pepper, chili powder
2 or 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Put above ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook until all ingredients are mixed. Simmer for 20 minutes. Return to a full boil and add (mix together water and corn starch) to thicken to desired consistency. This water is in addition to the quart of water. I use about a cup of water with 1/3 c. cornstarch; just according how thick you want it. Store in refrigerator.

Sauce testing

Hey Rebel I just bought me a smoker 4th of July and have been smoking every weekend since and we are now testing Sauces. I will test yours and see how we like it. Tony Roma's too sweet. Doing my two favorite things smoking (meat and weed), testing sauces and testing cards. Go Niners

Chip taping member

I believe Chief gave me that nickname....I gave some advice on getting a loader to work with putting a thin strip of tape on the chip of the Hu Card. It really worked for me with a certain loader that I had but nobody really believed me....hence, the name, Chip Taping Member. It was a joke!

Rebel's Left Handed Cigs

Nope - you were included - read it again But - all in fun, of course, you know that. Now those two big ol' boys...you gotta watch 'em
Yes, I saw a post the other day - can't remember who or where - that suggested it, said it helped them unloop a 4B. And, that's not the first time. See what you started? Weird things happen in eastern Ark.

I am pretty sure my buddy Valenti invented it .. ( chip taping )
When the card is loose it does work ...
For those that are wondering, you put the tape on the blue side , not over the actual chip ...

I am the chip taping member; that's me! 4x4 you put it on the bottom of the big chips not the small ones. It was the only way that my Wave loader would do anything with those cards, honestly. I've got one of mili's now; and I save that one for backup!
