Sounds like you reflashed your EEPROM with a virgin image as well as your TSOP. Do a "dish 500 install" in the installation menu to let the receiver know a multi switch is there. If you have a EEPROM lock installed don't forget to unlock it before you do the setups or the receiver won't remember it the next time the power goes out. Make sure you lock it back up when your done.

That info is stored in the EEPROM and has to be set up again any time you rewrite it. This includes other customer settings as well. Like passwords, parental control, favorites lists ect,.
