Wild Turkey
A Little Wild Turkey for your Turkey!
10-15 lb. Pound Turkey 4 oz Soy sauce 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder 1 tsp. Worcheshire Sauce 1 tsp. Powdered ginger 2 tbs. Dried minced onion 1/2 cup Wild Turkey Whiskey 2 tbs. White wine Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over turkey and seal in a oven baking bag. Cover and refrigerate (rotate turkey often), marinate for a couple days. After marinading for a two days remove from bag and discard remaining liquid. Lightly dust the turkey with flour. Place turkey back in the oven bag and bake turkey as normal. |
