how to - sticky?

is there a how for unlocking a23 and 383? what i am looking for is something from start to finish on how its done, what programs will be necessary, which loader to use with which program ect. i have been doing reading on this, and know some parts of it, but its advanced to me. if this doesn't exist, is there anyone willing to write a detailed one up from start to finish? i am sure that alot members have locked cards and modded t911's, but don't know where to start.
on behalf of the "lost" ones, i am asking...PLEASE HELP.

Did you read the how-to in the bev and dish card programming forum Sticky titled " Modded loader how-to Guide" Thats a good start.
Scroll down till you see the zip in my post, this is Crazy1's work but I added some for users of Win 98 plus I organized it a bit to make it a little easier to follow.

I am trying to find the above sticky "Modded loader how-to Guide" but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. The search feature somehow is not recognizing this sticky.

Can someone point me in the right direction as I am still familiarizing myself with this forum.

Thanks
