I am struggling guys all I am getting is reset reset reset reset reset reset reset reset reset all the way. What do I do now? Why I am getting this?

Your VCC settings are either too low or too high...
To change the settings to see if its too low to too high you have to edit the script to

Original line =
Print "RESET"

Changed to =
Print Hex(RT2)

this will show the reply bytes of the RESET , where it'll be 69/6F/FF
