have a rom 11 rev B08 that appears to have taken an update can anyone point me in the direction to unlock this card???

Use a Modded HU Loader to pop it.... If it still reads B08 then a ISO programmer with the SN2004 program should also open it for you...

Use TCFD to create tiers and apply the blocker included with TCFD.
Or use any Tiergen program and then use Checksum blocker.
