The pot on my loader only goes as far as 2k resistance. Is this normal or do I have a problem with my mod?

actually it is a 5k pot from rat shack that's why I was wondering.

i had same problem and i put it 2.2k and threw that crappy pot

Set pot at 1.9k and you should be fine. Work well for me all the time.

On your meter set the pointer to the 20k setting, that is higher than 5k and should give you a proper read as Crazy says.

Well according to your analyzer message your VCC= 22 and Delay = 10A4.
A) Did you set your WinEx 5.0 to the needed settings for running a modded loader
B) What type of loader do you have and what type of flash did you put on it ?
1) Is this a streamlocked card @ 383 ?
2) If not you should be using penga's unlockrom3.xvb program
3) Whichever unlocking program you use, set your VCC to 23 and 1A and delays to 10A4 to 10A5 to start and let it run.

Yes, my card is extreme 383. The below note were what my setting with WinExp 5.0 I even let it ran all night still nothing is working. Please review and advise.
