What is average time to pop a Rom 3

Just want to know how long should you let each program setting run in unlocking mode before i should try different settings.I just don't want to waste my time for eight hours if on average after 3 hours if it hasn't popped,it probably won't pop with those setting. On average does the program have to run 24 hours before popping the card.Just want to know from the GURU'S how long does it usually take.I just don't want to be in a big huury if it takes 24 hours to pop a card or waste time if it suppose to take 2 hours. Thanks for any help.

Hmmm, I would say on average a rom 3 has popped for me anywhere from 1 minute up to an hour. I had one run for over 5 hours once, but that is rare.

Most people can pop them in 5-10 min with the exception of a harder one < 1hr. There are variables here. The type of loader you are using, the power supply(some will pop at 6.5,7 and 9v, the program you are using-is it a standard or is it tweaked for your loader, the vcc and dselay settings for your loader. These settings should be saved if you pop a card within 3-5 min and it will probably pop 90% of the cards. Now the tougher ones setting will have to be changed again-and it depends on the card-all different and probably locked up for different reasons-That is why you see posts saying took 1min or took 3,4,5hrs or 24hrs. People don't know when to change their settings for that loader/program.
