Time for a bit of tweaking on the dish. 63% is marginal at best for the receiver to pick up on both odd and even transponders. A good signal has to be present for a DN receiver to set up properly on odd and even or multi switch. Not enough or no signal means improper set up.

No 750s for Bev.Man thats rough.I had the same problem before so I had to go out and move the dish abit.Go to a even transponder and locate a dish signal then check to see if odd is present also.My problem is my neighbour has this damn tree that blows when its windy and screws up my even transponders.Thank god soon the leaves will be off the trees!

A 500 you say? Did you set it up for just 91 or do the whole alignment for both 91 and 82. On a 500 you can have it aligned and still only catch odd or even. To make sure it's gets both odd and even correctly set up both the 91 and 82 birds. Then odd and even have to be aligned properly.

Aligning for just one sat with a 500 dish you can actually catch odd's from one sat and even's from another that is the wrong sat but very close to the same orbital slot as the one your looking for. That third adjustment for skew makes this possiable. It's getting real crowded up there in space. They are putting sats almost next to each other these days. So accurate alignment is very important.

You have to understand how a dish works for it to make sense. Half your dish catches the odd channels half get the even. If the half that gets the even is pointed to 91 no problem. If the half that get the odd is pointed to something else (Direct tv, another bev, or even another DN sat) no odd's from 91.

One last thing The firmware on the DN receiver see's both while the Bev dosen't. This could be the fimware difference on the reveivers or you are pointing at a DN sat for the even channels. That's why the DN see's it and the bev dosen't. DN receivers tend to see both Bev and DN sats while Bev seems to be more discerning when looking for the right sat.
