When nagra2 is hacked and verified you'll hear about it here. Until then, if ever, everything is a rumor/scam. DON'T BE A SUCKER, well I guess you can if you want.

I imagine there must be small shops where you can sub to Charlie just like you can with Dave. These places are usually small shops in Mexico, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, etc. If your friend has anything this is probably what he has.

You are a true code engineer with hacking tools. You discover a way into the cards, dump eeprom, and begin decrypting the assembly, labeling the emm commands so you can implement a blocker/fix, software and security. This could take weeks.

Do you really think the first place this person would post about it is here? No.

All this hard work deserves money. He will search for private dealers to buy the software so they can distribute. He will want to make as much money on it as possible before it gets out to the public (internet leeches).
You dont think we all know that bro?? Nothing you have stated that hasnt been said before.

If someone has anything, the right people will need to be contacted and monies will need to exchage hands so us leechers can pay for it.

Until then, its all BS.

Think about that!

Think about this, another 1post wonder shows up and his first post is, I know where the hack is. Not to mention his post looks almost identical to another 1 post wonders first post. Just ignore the trolls please. He will either come back selling something that smells real bad, or not come back at all. Just like the other troll did. If there really were a fix, within days you would here about it from Mili, or one of the reputable people here.

"I have a partner that know the person".....................seems like we have heard that one, or variations of it, a time or two..........

To stay in front of the competition, issuers and managers of smart card programs demand security and high performance from their smart chips. Efficient signature generation- verification and data encryption-decryption are made possible through high-speed execution of ECC, RSA and DES cryptographic algorithms.

Anti-counterfeiting features including custom identification is married directly to the IRD and subscriber into the smart card. That means that a unique access identifier is included from subscriber information, a secret code.

The 32-bit core-based chip is capable of streaming encryption bandwidths up to 2-Mbytes per second using an on-chip DES accelerator. An asymmetric cryptographic engine supports on-chip key generation of Public Keys.

This is just some general information for those readers who do not understand much about how this all works. It is not intended to flaunt the idea that a hack is possible but a hack is un-likely in the near future. If a hack is on the horizon, it will come as a security leak from the competition or an unhappy employee just as the last one came about. These new cards and the encryption that is used are very secure, so believe what you see here in this forum. At this time a hack is years away or maybe not at all..

The CIA may have the means to view the N2 and P4 streams if they wish. I am sure they subscribe to Dish and Direct. They would not have a reason to hack the encryption just to view the information. These type of things are regulated by the United States Government through the Federal Commutations Commission as to what they can do and not do. To answer your question, yes they could do it, but it's unlikely that they would do it unless national security is involved.

The FBI does not have to hack any encryption in the USA. Any encryption scheme
used in the USA by any company, has to send the encryption keys or provide software for the FBI to monitor the encryption stream. This includes GSM, and
cellular encryptions, audio and video schemes.

We support a balanced solution which will satisfy commercial needs for information security and law enforcement's public safety decryption needs. Key recovery encryption is one balance solution to this problem. A decryption "key" for a given encryption product is deposited with a trustworthy key recovery agent for safe keeping. The key recovery agent is the choice of the owner of the encryption device. The key recovery agent could be a private company, a bank or other commercial or government entity that meets established trustworthiness criteria. We further support the creation of a Regulatory Agency independent of the FBI that will oversee the access to and distribution of the various decryption keys. Should we the FBI or the encryption users need to gain access to encrypted information for lawful purposes we can only do so after the regulatory agency had processed and approved our request.

And what about the first time it is "expedient" due to "exigent circumstances" to do away with the legal formalities and just get the keys at gunpoint ?...and they get away with it ?
Like they do with all the illegal wiretaps.

The Patriot Act, which is an illegal act, gives more latitude to circumstances that you described. However, I do not think that the FBI is going to demand the [keys] at gun point!

All those laws they passed recently are unconstitutional.

Not only that they are stupid and useless. Many of them are used as excuses to make more money in the name of "Homeland Security"
I now have to pay a extra charge to have my commercial vehicles go into the Port area, they investigate the owner and then they let anybody drive the dam things into the Port with no questions asked just because it has a sticker that says I paid the Port to have them come in there. $$$

And believe me they don't have to take them out when 40 or 50 of them walk into a room...or a building They get whatever they want, legal or not.
