No. Time to write off the 3500. It's just too old. Not even worth the $100 for a new card. It you have to pay $100 anyways go for a new system. Costs $100 ($150 up front and credit on programming per month for 5 months). New 3100 with dish and card. If you don't have a wife or child to use their name as a new account. Have a new room mate move it. You know the real quiet type that never seems to be around.
