I know that everybody's saying this is not possible, but I was at a friend's house and he has a N2 (rom 102) working in an old 2700 for BEV. He does not get the ppv but gets everything with no red channels.

The problem is he can't remember how he did it exactly , but here's what he remembers:

Old 2700 which has not been used for over 1 year. No updates
Used some Italian program with an ISO programmer and was able to insert keys.
He used a Rom 102 which has never been in the stream.

Hope this helps someone. He's fluent in Italian and claims the N2s are open.

I'll post more when we figure out what he did.

Don't forget guys and girls, we all were newbie's at some point. He may be just confused. His friend is Italian, so he may not understand exactly what he said, or his friend may not be much of a friend at all and is just having some fun with him. 101 and 102 cards have some potential, if a there is a chance of a compromise it will happen with one of these cards. I would not hold my breath though. Note, I said potential, that does not mean much at this time.

this is some what the same thing that i have going on now i dont have a clue what happen but its a bev gide with dish channels still updateing 8 hours to go no red channels when its done then we will see ,, i dint want to post this till its done, it is a 24 hr up date ,if or when its done or dont work ill change my nane to Joe Dummer ,, I know change my name now,,

This does not mean he inserted Italian keys, read it again.

It means you have to be Italian or fluent in Italian to insert the keys!

Receiving preview channel dish net, music channel & channel guides are all gray no reds. It still says two hours and twenty-three minutes to go on some channels others are 4 hrs. or more. Seems to be still updating probably not going to work so I look like an idiot but that is all in fun (ha ha). One thing that doesn't make sense to me is why I have a bev guide that brings in dish net stations. When I click on system info it says new card ready when I take the card out it states insert new smart card but the card in up comes preview & music channel still seems to be updating oh well. How do you like my spelling now? LOL!!!!!

one dish pointed at 119 and no iam not makeing this up ,the guide show's channels # but you cant read what show is on that channel ill take a picther of it if need be , OR do you need a live shot with my web cam GEEEZ ,, this is what i have it might help some one i dont know to much but i think it is a bev card in a dish reciver that bev used anyways pointed at 119 and its in some kind of f up mode OK BOB something for your note book its a new one for you then

if you have BEV software in your IRD and point it at Dish 110/119, you will get just that. Bev guide with dish channels. Anyone who says other wise can fuck off! You guys need to give a little more slack to people and the statements they make. The Dish and Bev software is so close to being the same that it's not even funny. Test it for yourself. aim your dish crap at a bev bird or vise versa. Or even load a bev flash onto your dish IRD. The come back here and apologize for being asses.

P.S. On a side note, nothing will happen after you update, I have already been down that road, good luck though, maybe you are doing something I missed.
