many arrests for theft of stellite services
i live in connecticut and i have read of 4 different arrests in the area for theft of satellite services, and they are fining them $15000 and or jail time.
why would charlie and or dave be havin this crack down if dtv is secure and dish is switching to a more secure system? is the new cards comprimised? is there a n2 and or p4 hack in the mits waiting to be released? it seems strange to me that they would now start this major crack down any one have any input please post |

it was most likely someone that programs cards for people and something happend with one of them and he or she got mad and........ will you no the rest

now u say dave has been on a ramage for years even going after small time users who ordered a loader trying to scare them with 10k threat letters unless they were caught with a card selling OPERATION spend 1000 on a lawyer u will beat it |

its wasnt like i was reading about arrests here all along, 4 in a 3 week period seems to me that they are applying more pressure, since i havent heard or re4ad about any arrests here in my state since i been in this hobbie it just seems strange that now they are napping 4 so close in time, i dont remember reading that it was any provider in paticular, just that they were arested for theft of services, (satellite) maybe its just gettin tough around here and its finally catching up with us

Somebody probably broke up with their old lady or something and she narked off a group of guys just for spite or something like that. Without inside or CC info there is basically no way to get caught in this hobby.

Dave lawsuits
A buddy of mine went to battle against Dave.Cost him over $1500 to his lawyer and ended up paying Dave $7500.
His lawyer said sure we can win but how much you want to pay me to fight it for you. Dave is screwing people but just wait till you have to hire a lawyer. You think Dave is bad!!!!! Me and my wife got killed after 9/11 in a business and tried to file a bankruptcy.Were $15,000 in lawyer fee's,and $150,00 in debt.We only have our single family home left and I'm sure everyones looking at that!!! The lawyers are worse then Dave and thats the worst part of this whole Dave lawsuit deal. They steal from dave,they steal from me,they steal from you and any other parties involved!!! This is just a guess but it was probably Daves thieving lawyers that dreamed the whole scam up. No one could get so wholsale fracking greedy then the lawyers involved in both sides. |
