I have seen elsewhere that DSSCANADA.CA OUT OF TORONTO has been busted for selling blackbird receivers an anyone purchasing with credit cards should keep your head up because they supposedly handed over credit card info to RCMP

Anyway, FTA receivers aren't illegal....they sell them everywhere in the GTA: computer stores, electronics outlets, Radio Sh*ck - you name it. (Okay, I made up that last one......)
 Plus, DSSC*nada shipped their BBs with factory flash....they weren't "modified" to receive ExpressV* or DN programming unless the owner did that himself. Under that scenario, I'm not sure what the end user could be charged with..... Just my $0.02, I'm not a lawyer....

I also bought a BB from DSS CANADA same place but with a money order......last summer....since then worked fine till about a month ago well now its toast... it sure would suck if I get a visit from the RCs
