loader question

I have been into dss stuff for quite a long time. Just wanting to move onto something more technical, so I have decided to move on to dish, i currently have a extremeHU sureshot my question is, is there a flash out there that allows my loader to be used as just a ISO programmer for Dish ROM cards?

If your loader has a 3.57Mhz xtal...youre out of luck...you need a 3.68Mhz xtal to use for dish and bev.

so, if i desolder the exsisting xtal that is in the loader now and replace with the proper freq. xtal it should still work? or better yet install some sort of switch mechansim that would allow me to switch between dss/dish, hmmmm thanks for the info, will test out the idea and post results.
