Black screen question

I get all or most channels but when trying to watch a few example espn its all black. I can see whats playing on the bottem as the heading scrolls by. how do i fix this

I have read of other having the same problem viewing channels that are still on the N1 stream, Espn being one of them. Do a search for Espn and see if you can find that post and hopefully find an answer.

Read the new guide for dummies it tells you how to get rid of the black screen (N1) channels

It also tells you how to change the labels, like the program says, it's all there
