First I would try a search on ebay.com for it. Also check overstock.com , ibid.com and last but not least do a search on google.com . Good luck

First of all narrow it down to 2 or 3 models. Then do you r homework as suggested above. If you are going to use it on Cingular you will also have to make sure the phone is not locked to a carrier. This is a major mistake that people make when trying to find a cheap cell phone. My particular reccomendation is go with a Motorola, they are duarble and plus there is a lot support for these phones.
The best place to go for Cell phone information is xxx.howardforums.com. On this site forums are organized by carrier and manufacturer. They will also have reviews of phones. Another good site to find out about features on a phone and for newest phones coming out is xxx.phonescoop.com.
I personally have 2 Motorolas a V551 and a V600 both quad band and unlocked, the bluetooth is excellent.
