The Blue Nexus worked well on all my 102's that are listed openable, total of 14 so far. I had to replace the pot , ( mine came off after several adjustments ) Any way real simple to add two pots and a switch in another box velcroed to the top of the blue. one 5k 10 turn and one 100 Ohm 10 for precision. The original pot is rather small an delicate, so if you get agressive things tend to pop off. I also Use an ajustable powersuppy 7.2 to 12 volts 800ma. 1 and 6 for flash, 2 and 5 for running. found many 102 glitch at 7.2v.

My Nexus unlocker came with the pot set a 2.2 ohms and I've unlocked rom 10's at various revs, rom101's and 102's. Times vary from 1 second to a couple minutes. I've never had to adjust it. I also found a program that unlocks all revs of the rom10 with the same program. When I get home tonight I'll upload it.

PCB2, my pot was set at max and crapped the pot unlocking a 101.

When I first got my nexus, I didn't even think you could adjust it because the pot was so small I didn't even see it. I just found out 2 days ago that it did indeed have a pot and checked the ohms and they were set at about 2.2. Since it seemed to unlock everything, I'm just going to leave it alone. It does seem to be a very chinzie pot though.
