None of the menu's have a volume setting. Here is what happened. I was talking and the call dropped, I went into the phone book to call them right back and while I was pressing the down button it rang, All of a sudden a volume bar appeared on the screen, Turned all the way down and then dissapeared. Now I cannot hear s h i t on this phone anymore.

"Cannot hear you now" !! LOL........

Got it, So easy it was stupid. The only thing I didn't try was hitting the up button while on a call and that was it.
