got past the no provider issue....turns out my desktop running xp won't run my iso properly but my laptop running 98 will....have a bev image onto the dish cam and want to proceed....would like not to have to change 3100....have boxkeys already....searching files i'm a little bamboozled as usual.....i've been reading about a two part penga program that seems to suit....i can't locate it for bev (28F?)....a nudge towards it or whatever i should be currently using will be appreciated....thanx....so far so fun...lol

shit spanga sorry it took me so long to see this, I do't get into bev 102 section as often as I should. you are still going to have rewrite the receiver ird to get proper dt08 unless you have a ex subbed married card to it. since you say you have dish card with bev image I am assuming you don't have card for it. using gendt08 you can make the dt08 for receiver and card image and then it will work. goto 102 programming guide at top of page, I recently finished the 0a datatype section of the howto.

well, i've decided to lay off rewriting tsops and all and am currently focussing on glitching......managed to get two bev 102@240 opened and read...that took two days of reading and getting the feel of the programs again......i see rebel serf file for glitching into 102@244...i have one married to a receiver that has never taken a desub command from the stream.....it was subbed but removed from stream before i cancelled bev sub....valid atr.....anyone having luck with that program...i've flashed with newdrs that come with file but get timeout real quick after cam detected and can't get past that by twiddling the pot......using nexus 4619 which works fine for glitching into @240......setting switch 2 only or 3 only seems to make no difference..........anyone have suggestions?...tried searching but there doesn't seem to be much out there for this program

well...i'l pass on to whomever...when using that program you have to set the parameters in winex to those detailed at the end of the script......that gets things going.....use only switch 2 or 3 on for 4619 chip....feel like an idiot talking to myself on the internet....but there you have what i know so far about rebelserf 102@244....i'll post if i ever get one open...lol

thanx crazy...yup nexus 4619.....the read me at top of script says switch 2 or 3 down.....i'll try 2 and 5.....as an aside my mikobu iso arrived today to replace my old worn out n1 days iso (it still works sometimes if i shim).....at any rate the new one arrived with a 12 volt AC output power supply...i immediately removed the cover and sure enough there is a rectifier chip...so word to the wise....BE CAREFUL switching from unlocker to iso.... power supplies may be way way different...btw thanx crazy1.....meter pot at the two rts solder points?

yes the rts points. and 2 and 5 are the dips you want down. pot at 200 ohms, that baby will pop.

thanx...i'll get the meter out tomorrow....right now i have it set just above where it times out and i figure i'll let 'er buck......getting some but it looks like the +'s are hard to come by on this rev.......so far 2hrs and cam holding...not looped yet...lol

I would do what crazy suggested bro. Glitching not know your ohms will possibily loop your card and mark it...

I have 2 and 5 down and set the pot to 223 ohms because that is the best i can get it at with the small pot on my orange Nexus. I get no atr from 102 rev 103 card and I have a Rom 10 card I get no atr either. Any suggestions? Maybe they are looped? Please help? I am looking to get BEV working. What card do you suggest to get?

put the card in a receiver, if it shows cam Id then it is not looped. if you get "your smart card is not inserted correctly" then it is probally looped.

had to solder flying leads to rts solder pts and parrallel in some resistors to get close to 200 ohms.......let it run for 4hrs and no go.....started over and it popped in just over 3hrs...can't confirm by reading cause my old iso is acting up and my new one arrived without a crystal.......(we'll see some posts about that i'm sure)....at any rate crystal on order and things look promising......i have an open cam married to a receiver....i'm sure i'll have to check back in come time to set it up......thanx for the help guys....are we testers yet?....lol

got the old iso to work (rubbed wedged paper in card slot to clean contacts)....cam was indeed open...good thing i saved image cause i screwed up applying blocker and got am locked out to boot....all it does is show the time in the upper left corner of black screen....am trying to reglitch it.......at any rate the best i could do is get the image onto another cam and get it working c/w blocker so that i now have all the channels i used to sub to....can't get back into it though..i carefully checked 9878 before writing to cam so i know i'm trying correct password......soooo....anyway back into this cam without glitching and how do i get just the ppv tiers added if and when i do....i'll not write another cam for this rcvr since there is no point in running plastic if yopu can't reprogram a cam in response to stream changes....(is that rebelserf fooked no provider program for cams that have just been unlocked or does it apply to my situation?).....thanx for all the help so far...cheers

rather than just bump, thought i'd let ya'all know my latest screw up.....exsubbed @244 that i wrote the blocker to and can't get back into yet, welll->never thought to change the tier expiry date, just wrote blocker to existing image...yup, sho nuff went red channels after about a week.......so as things stand, i am password locked out of this cam....*sigh*.....taking a rest until my crystal gets here for new iso and will see if that gets me in....my old iso won't get even close and i've glitched the snot out of that cam to no avail.....couldn't even loop it....i'm such a failure so far...took me lots of reading to learn that...lmao

should probably start new thread since talking to myself on the internet is kinda gay(ish).....at any rate GOT BACK INTO BOTH CAMS.....turns out my old iso wouldn't do it even though it read and wrote to both....soldered in the crystal into the mikobu and passworded into both first try...either old iso fubar'd or you need a newer one to run these penga blockers?.....at any rate hope this helps someone (if they can get past all the preamble...LOL)....will start new thread about setting suitable tier expiry date after i finish this bottle of champagne, sober up and do some searching....cheers and thank you for your support....spanga

long story short....after all that, guess what....cam didn't loop.....changed tier expiry in like 10 locations in romexplorer, finally figured out that it had to be changed in ird data space as well and that got rid of red channels finally...used bev tierworks and got ppv and 3m...yipppee!!!!.....no word of lie-> bev hit like 20 minutes later with latest ecm......three weeks of searching, reading, downloading,glitching,soldering,metering,asking and not a clue how it was all going to turn out....now i know...lol....had a riot and hopefully all that comes in handy when/if a fix comes out for this new rev/hash.....GO CODERS!!!!......peace out.....spanga
