Rom 103 Programmable??
Hello:
I keep seeing mention here and there on the forum as to Rom 103s being programmable. If so, I haven't noticed any instructions or other info on how to proceed. I have a couple of 103s (probably locked) and would like to make use of them if this is possible right now. Could someone point me to any 'how-tos' or tell me whether 103s are programmable at this time?? Thanks for any input!  |
