RAR file to BIN

How do you make the rar file in to a bin? It says file size is incorrect. I changed the name from rar to bn102 but it keeps saying file size is incorrect.

you have to use winrar,to open the file.do a search and download it

.rar is a compressin program similiar to .zip.
winrar will open both rar and zip files.
