C/Ku feed of BUD
Will a pansat box work on the Ku feed of a BUD with a
C/Ku feed? I was considering getting a motorized dish for the pansat. But if it will work off the Ku feed of my BUD I'll just hook it up to that instead. And save a few bucks. It's a chapperal feed with Drake LNB's on both C and KU. I can use the orginal toshiba box for motor and polorotor control if the pansat can't handle it. I know it won't do the jack for dish movement. Not sure about the polorotor. Anyone know? t160hq

Yes, it will work. Your last paragraph pretty much says what I was going to tell you. My 2500 would not change the polarity since it is mechanical, but other than that, worked fine.

It's going to require a major move and rewire to make it work where I need it. A job I did not want to take on unless I knew it would work. Now that I know let the crawling in the attic begin. :-) t160hq

You`re welcome. Just a bit of superfluous info - when I did this, I put all my Hor TP channels together, then put the Ver channels together. That way I could still channel surf some, but didn`t have to change the polorotor all the time. Good luck!

i have 10 ft dish i used cband satelite 805 i have pansat 2500 but no changed polarity if any one know about it and i want to open all channel any body have channel master or programe for open the channel
