true FTA channel's ?

ok crow 492 say's you need a LO 10750 LMB . my ? is a quad poliar lagacy O/P LMB a LO 10750 LMB ......... and if so with a coolsat 4000 do I just point the dish to what ever sat I want and do a blind scan to get the true FTA channel's

Yes you need a KU lnb (10750), than you can look at Lyngsat, for the satellite your looking for, and if the satellite is broadcasting KU channels, some of the satellites do only C band and some a combination of C and KU, and some only KU
look for KU and channels with a F behind it.
Aim your dish and find the perfect signal strenght.
Do a scan
And you can watch TRUE FTA channels.

What are the NO# on the LNB? Post them and I will tell you.

well on the box it say's LO 10.75/11.25 GHz is that the #u need

ok . can you tell me I can just do a blind scan and get the true FTA channel's on all the sat's like 119/110/91/82/121/129/61.5 with a coolsat 4000

Those Sat's are Not true FTA Those Sat's are Bell & Dishnet Sat's. This is Free To Air Sat's Ku Band.

ok thank you. so then I should be able to get those sat's with the 33" dish and the hh motor and the LO 10.75/11.25 GHz LMB right ........ and a coolsat 4000

To Your Question's

1. Yes you do a blin scan when you see your level go up and Singnal up for the sat that you picked.

2. Yes there are locals on G10R Fox ABC RTN WB UPN and a litle more about 30 Channels of ENG.

3. No 105 is not and is Dishnetworks. But if you had a fix for them then yes you will with 121 148 And that is cool.

well i'm just try to try to get all the true fta .. for now just in case I need it some day ........ onouther ? 4 u

are those sat hard to pick up . or are thay easy to pick up like 119 110 to me is easy
