to unlock xboxhard drive
if you dont have a modchip, you should get a linux boot disk called ltools it has the ude2 exploit and unlock and locking tools. it requires you to do a "hotswap" which is extremely easy to do once you get the hang of it.. i believe the actual program is called hdunlock or unlockx or something of that nature.. you need to be somewhat familiar with the dos prompt and if you want to make it easy on yourself have a 3 1/2" floppy drive. pm me if you need more info
