Local Channels in DC using Rom code
I have the rom 103 using Romcode but I CANNOT get the locals on this. Can some one give me the details as to how I can accomplish this?

You need to pick the DC tiers and set the blackout string for DC

I went to settings and choose Washington DC and then I went to tiers and choose Wasington DC. However I am still not getting the locals, any ideas?
