looped or not
 sent a good rom 103 rev 307 aa-06 off to be unlocked came back NO ATRcould it gave gotten loop in the unlocking process or has it got some king of a glitch an unlooper program can fix if their is an working unlooper, where do i find it and how do i use it |

did you double check to see if you iso would read any good card and got atr. If so then your card is toast. There isnt any unlooper out there at this moment, hope there will be one soon.
