More issues with 92 chevy truck

So I went to push on the brakes the other day after not driving it for a few months and I now have a short somewhere.

When I push the brakes with the signal light on, the signal flashes quickly like the lights are burnt out. When the signal light is on by itself, the radio power flashes. When I push the brakes the power in the truck nearly goes out and all the service lights in the dash light up but very dimly. Any idea wtf would cause all these issues? I suspect its the brake light switch or the signal light switch in the steering collumn.

Any Ideas?

The lights are supposed to go out when you start it aren't they? It could be a bad connection on the battery. I will clean em up. I had not driven it since i blew the rear end the first week of dec.
