No, you will need at least a 6ft dish or more depending on where you live.

In some cases you can, depending on location.

Go here: hxxp://www.tele-satellite.com/eng/ ( replace XX with TT )

Then download the issue with "super machine" on the cover. In there you will find the info you need on using a small dish for C Band.

The 33 is still to small and the LNB wont work. Your LNB on that dish is for Ku band Digital. If the dish was a 39 you might be able to get some but I tryed with no go here. I have a 3 foot dish with Ku lnb. Then again the LNB aint the same.

and i just set up a ten foot c-ban dish it's a startrak 8 video cipher 11 discrambler got some new channles in but i did not get the book with it any one now where i would be able to download one
