You have a closet stuffer at the moment, and not a very good one at that. First of all, your rom 103 rev 309 married card is not unlockable at this time, so you're practically dead in the water right there. Secondly, there are only 8-11 MPEG2 HD channels left on D!$hn3t, so the wave of the future will undoubtedly be MPEG4 (the 921 is an MPEG2 IRD). Finally, the 921 is not jtaggable, so retrieving your boxkeys is not possible; even if you could find the jtag connection points to your 921's TSOP, the information is encrypted and couldn't be read by jkeys anyway.

If you really want to get your 921 going, you will need an unlocked rom 103 card and a cloned BGA TSOP replacement with matching image that you can write to your unlocked rom 103 card. I know of two people who do this, but it isn't cheap ($150-$250). Add to all of this, you will need a good rom 103 rev 30C blocker, which, at least publically, is difficult to acquire.

Not worth the effort IMHO.

A little birdie keeps telling me that the MPEG4 VIP IRDs are hacked, but there's nothing publicly known at the moment. At this point, all of the MPEG4 VIP IRDs are closet stuffers, too.

I have a 921 from Mili with ROM103 plastic married and I have my boxkeys.

What options do I have? I have it working (kinda) with RomCode SW but no PPV or porn and several channels black.

Is there any freeware out and where do I get it, that will do this in order of priority:
1. All channels
2. PPV and porn
3. Autoroll

thanks

Zackyfiles had some traffic (in Spanish) about VIP Echost*r receivers being hacked, they usually try out new receivers in Europe before the U.S. gets them. Alot of the software and tools we use originally came from Europe.
