clone a cell phone
Does anybody know if I can clone a razor to a blackberry? I have a razor from altel and I want a blackberry. I'm not trying to steal anybodys number just want to clone a blackberry. I know I might not have all the features a blackberry is capable of. When I went to altel I could get a blackberry but I would have to upgrade me service plan and I pay enough now so I don't want that. I want the same service as I got now just with a blackberry phone. maybe I can't I just liked the look of the blackberry.

If you purchased a crackberry, unlocked it then have your carrier activate it, sans email just straight telcom they'd probably go for that. Ask them. |

The less painful way would be to get the berry unlocked whereby you could use just about any sim from any network in the berry. I will assume your Razr has a sim in it now therefore just take it out and put it in the berry and you will have the same service and same plan no upgrade or additional charges from your carrier

OK! Back in the all digital days it was very easy to do but since most carriers have gone to GSM or CDMA it has become a little difficult. In the past all you had to do was clone the ESN from one phone to another and have both phone working. This was a task I was capable of doing and it paid my way through college. Having phones with a SIM makes it a lot easier. Hopefully others on here may have a solution.
